… that today is today is Adieu Diane Day? In 1987, Shelley Long, as Diane Chambers, made her last appearance as a regular on the TV show Cheers. Cheers, an American sitcom, ran from 1982 to 1993. The show was set in the Cheers bar in Boston, Massachusetts, where a group of locals met to drink, relax, chat and have fun. The show’s theme song was Where Everybody Knows Your Name.
