Mastery in Servitude is what Avatar Meher Baba said.

It has a Spiritually different meaning. I have not reached or achieved that level

so I shall speak about what I understood by this – Servitude=Service+Attitude. I

used it in my career as I understood i.e. Master to Provide Service WITH a

Positive Attitude.

May be, one day (I am 70 now), I shall understand the real, true, spiritual meaning

of the Sadguru’s teaching.
