My father was no more. He was 50 when he expired. At 69, my mother was a retired headmistress, and working as full timevworker/warden, guardian at शबरी कन्या school cum hostel for girls. The speciality was girls displaced from North East India and saved by parents and Hindu Missionaries of वनवासी कल्याण आश्रम Vanvasi (tribal) kalyan (welfare) trust and Ashram in ages of 2 to 20 years were here for study and stay. NO Conversion! Nearly 120 tribes in these 200 + girl children. Some became doctors n studied abroad at trust expense. She was a Diksha holder Monk of Shri Ramkrishna Mission and worked till the age 85. The trust bore all her hospitalisation, and surgery, and rehab costs till end.
Her life is an inspiration to many. 🕉 शांति!
