Did you know…

… that today is Foam Packaging Removal Day? In 1990, McDonald’s announced that it would phase out the use of polystyrene plastic foam containers and use paper containers instead. It was one of the first major corporations to take action against the build-up of polystyrene containers in garbage dumps.
